Personality traits influence attitudes and behaviours, including entrepreneurial disposition. This study examined the effects of age, religion, length of training, discipline, and gender on entrepreneurship education and vocational skills acquisition among graduate teachers in South West Nigeria. Using random sampling, 386 junior secondary school teachers from three states were selected. Data were collected through a 20-item yes/no questionnaire and analysed using frequency counts, percentages, and MANOVA. Findings revealed reasonable exposure to entrepreneurship education and vocational skills acquisition. However, only the interaction between gender and highest qualification significantly influenced vocational skills acquisition. Policy interventions should consider these combined factors for effectiveness.
