The International Journal of Language Education (IJLE) is published biannually by the Department of English Education, Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), Oto/Ijanikin, with a campus @ Noforija Epe, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. It aims at publishing research articles of the highest quality and significance within the disciplines that form language, general and theoretical, linguistics, phonetics and phonology, anthropology, psychology, ecolinguistics, language education, language policy and planning, language development, language documentation, linguistic landscape,  sociolinguistics, anthropology, computer-assisted language learning, literature, sociocultural studies, gender studies, orality, theatre and drama. Interdisciplinary submissions that provide novel and state-of-the-art solutions to educational problems are especially encouraged. 
Contributions may be in the form of articles, brief reports, technical reports and squibs. Only original articles not already submitted to another journal or being considered for publication elsewhere may be submitted.
